My name is Denise Glozier.
Denise is currently streamlining her focus within the high end Auckland market, offering clients a tailored, private real estate transaction experience as her signature approach. Having lived in Auckland for most of her life, this marks a strategic return to a market she knows intimately after returning six years ago, bringing with her a refined experience and a clear vision for personalised presentation. Prior to her current Auckland-wide focus, she has spent more than a decade working extensively across Riverhead and Coatesville, guiding developments through a period of major change as the area evolved from predominantly rural land into sought after residential communities.
During this time, Denise has successfully sold multiple development sites, gaining hands-on expertise in the development process and the nuances that come with it. One standout milestone includes the sale of land adjacent to the Riverhead Tavern back in 2012 - an early chapter in a long track record of development-focused sales.
Outside of real estate, Denise is a well-known artist who was active throughout Ponsonby in the 1990s, bringing a creative eye and fresh perspective to everything she does. She’s also a proud mum to three adult sons and values strong relationships, honest communication, and helping people feel confident in their property decisions.
